Hey, you know, i started this project last year before people started actually killing the rich.

It's super *super* topical.

There's a Judeo-Christian angel demanding genocide of everyone in mammon
There's a God of Prosperity who uses a sigil to turn citizens against each other
Also, apparently greed turns people into Dragons. So while all this is going on, half the billionaires turn into marauding beasts.

None of this was intentional. It just . . . turned out that way.

I should have an ARC ready in a day or so.

Food for thought (re: Dens of Snakes). This is the playbook of those seeking control of a narrative (or RPG community):

After the infiltrators enter into an institution (which can be a vague one, like a diffuse online community or even a "conversation" that's happening), they'll always begin to use divide, conquer, and purge techniques so they can wrest control of whatever they're attacking.

The four primary ways they do this are:
1) Sow internal discord in the target community
2) Introduce polarizing topics on polarizing terms and polarize around them
3) Use any standing they gain to bring in ideological comrades to increase power
4) Use the above to purge enemies.

For example, you could wait until after a heated (mostly fake) debate about immigration and then introduce the idea that Ronald Reagan, who is an respected avatar of a prevailing political hegemony they want to destroy, supported immigration in bad ways.

The goal is to polarize the group around Reagan and to get at least some of the group to stand for Reagan (old guard to be destroyed) and others to turn against him (new guard who "gets it"). No nuance or complexity will be allowed. That will be made "proof" of being old guard.

So-called "old guard" members will be increasingly accused of unrecognizable sins they're expected to atone for while being pressured out. Divisive and salacious narratives will be spun to disgrace them within their own communities. They'll be purged.

Certainly we saw this with the OSR in the early aughts, and on a commercial level now with WotC.

EDIT: NVM, found it. I don't recognize the diction as belonging to anyone who posts here regularly. I suppose it could be Prince. Who else have you pissed off?

Well there's squeen, obviously, and EOTB lately. I think either TerribleSorcery or Two Orcs historically dislikes me too (one of the two does, I forget which, that's how little it affects me). I suppose any one of them could become a hateful type from behind the curtain of an Anon account, who knows. It could also just be some commenter troll - there's certainly no shortage of those on the internet.
 
Not squeen's diction, not EOTB's style. There aren't many people here who resort to name-calling. I think you need to fish in another pond.
 
Yeah, I think the people who frequent the Forum are more the stab you in the front types. At best it's one of the lurkers (hey guys!)
